In celebration of July 20, 1969, the day American astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin (Lightyear), and Michael Collins landed on the moon, I bring you The Old Negro Space Program. It’s a short satire created by Ken Burns in 2003, and is hilarious. Perhaps not the most tasteful/politically correct way to celebrate a major historical landmark which many people say has yet to be topped in our country…but to hell with it. Bring on the blackstronauts.
“For NASA, space is still a high priority.”
